Cachelle Summer Camp just wrapped up in Monrovia, Liberia! It was great to spend Fitness Week with the kids; they learned about health and nutrition, and participated in all kinds of fitness activities from strength training to yoga to dance cardio. This year, Music for Liberia was happy to donate musical instruments and music books to the centre.
